1. Authentication and User Management

PanditJi Registration

• PanditJi must complete KYC verification and mobile OTP verification during registration.
• PanditJi is expected to perform pooja according to proper religious rituals and must not request any additional payment from the Yajman beyond the agreed booking amount.

Yajman (Client) Registration

• Mobile OTP verification is required during registration.
• Yajman can cancel a pooja up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Yajman can request a refund of the advance payment if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pooja.
• Reviews and ratings submitted by Yajman based on the service provided will influence the ranking of PanditJi in the application.

2. Dashboards

PanditJi Dashboard

• View upcoming bookings with details such as pooja type, location, date, and time.
• Manage profile information, including availability, areas of expertise, pricing, and personal details.
• Complete KYC verification by uploading the required documents and verifying the registered mobile number through OTP.
• Share the application or personal profile through social media and messaging platforms.

Yajman Dashboard

• Search and book PanditJi based on pooja type, expertise, availability, and location.
• Browse various poojas and religious ceremonies, including Hawan, Festival Pooja, Jap-Paath, and other customized or pre-defined packages.
• Set the pooja location or use the current location for booking.
• Make secure online payments using multiple payment options.
• Choose between advance payment or Cash After Pooja (CAP), where applicable.
• Share the application through social media or messaging platforms.

3. Additional Features

• Push notifications for booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and important updates.
• A feedback and rating system that allows Yajman to review PanditJi after the pooja.
