The UPNPP Mobile app is useful to collect Property Tax from property holders in Nagar Palika Parishad / Nagar Panchayat. Property holder can view his property tax easily, make payment online and take the receipt. 

The UPNPP Mobile App is designed to assist residents and ULB property tax departments with the efficient management and payment of property taxes. The app includes various features and fields to streamline this process:

User Information Fields

1. Username / Mobile No.:

• Captures the user's name along with their mobile number for identification purposes.

PTIN Id (Property Tax Identification Number):

• A unique identifier assigned to each property for tax purposes.

Ward-Moholla (Ward or Locality details):

• Provides information about the specific ward or locality where the property is located.

Connection No (Utility connection number):

• The utility connection number associated with the property.

Current House Tax:

• Displays the current amount of house tax due for the property.

House Tax (Arr. + Int.):

• Indicates both the current house tax amount and any accrued interest.

New Home No.:

• The house number or identification number of the property.

Old House No. (if applicable):

• Previous house number, if there have been any changes.

Current Water Tax:

• Displays the current amount of water tax due for the property.

Dashboard Features

1. Current House Tax:

• Provides a summary of the current house tax amount due for the property.

Payment History:

• Displays a record of all previous property tax payments made by the user.
• Includes details such as payment dates, amounts, and any pending dues.
• Allows users to track their payment history and stay updated on their tax payments.

Login With Mobile No.:

• Offers an option to log in using the mobile number.

View Property Details:

• Provides access to property details, including Annual Rental Value (ARV), taxes to be paid, previous receipts, notices, and bills.
• Users can pay taxes directly through the app and obtain payment receipts immediately.

Tax Categories

• House Tax:
  • Property tax levied on residential properties.
• Water Tax:
  • Tax levied on water usage for the property.
• Sewage Tax:
  • Tax levied on sewage services provided to the property.

User Guide

1. Sign Up / Login:

• Register with your name, mobile number, and email.
• Log in using your mobile number and a password.

Add Property Details:

• Enter your PTIN Id, Ward-Moholla, Connection No, and other required information.

View Taxes:

• Check the Current House Tax, House Tax (Arr. + Int.), and Current Water Tax.

Make Payments:

• Pay your house tax, water tax, and sewage tax directly through the app.
• Obtain immediate receipts for your payments.

Track Payment History:

• View your payment history, including dates, amounts, and any pending dues.
