The Lokhit Mobile Application has been developed by STM Developments, Meerut (Uttar Pradesh) and is officially commissioned by the Municipal Corporation, Meerut. The application is designed to help citizens report civic issues and track the real-time status of their complaints in a transparent and efficient manner.
Through this platform, users can raise complaints related to public infrastructure and essential municipal services, including road conditions, garbage collection, street lighting, sewage systems, and water supply. The app ensures faster communication between citizens and municipal authorities for improved service delivery.
Purpose of the Application
The application is developed under the authorization and guidance of Nagar Nigam Meerut to facilitate complaint registration and monitoring for civic issues such as:
Road maintenance and damage complaints
Garbage and sanitation issues
Sewage system problems
Water supply-related concerns
Street light maintenance and faults
Public works and municipal service issues
The app uses user-submitted data and authorized municipal information to improve response time and service management.
